  1. I love spicy food and Thai cuisine has always been one of my faves. I like cooking fresh veggies with various curries and serving over jasmine rice.

  2. I love everything with meat and potatoes.

  3. Love making spaghetti with mushrooms & garlic bread. :)

  4. I make a mean ginger chicken stir-fy. AND it takes a ton of veggie prep!

  5. We love baked salmon with quinoa and vegetables!

  6. I really like to make homemade spaghetti for my family with meatballs!!

  7. I like doing chili and spaghetti as a main meal because you can customize it to your likes and tastes. Everyone likes chili differently.

  8. I'm not much of a cook, but I can make a pretty decent lemon pepper chicken dinner, then add some veggies and noodles/rice.

  9. My favorite thing to make is a buffalo chicken pasta.. I take chicken breast cook them cut up in chunks, boil my pasta. Then in a sauce pan I add butter and flour and lightly brown. I add 2 cups of milk to mixture of butter and flour while whisking. Then add in 1/4 cups to 1/2 cup of hot sauce to mixture. Put all ingredients in baking pan mix up and cook for 1/2 hour on 350. Serve with blue cheese dressing! It really is amazing!

  10. I have been told I make a killer Baked Chicken Enchilads and I never make it the same way as far as extra ingredients that I add. But I do always use cream cheese and sour cream and onions and chicken and a different flavor of salsa each time I make it and I always cover it in lots of great cheese.
