I was racking my brain trying to figure out a cute treat to add on to the list of foods for Lydias party tomorrow- well, I came across Pretzel Sticks and thought it was a wonderful idea! You only need THREE ingredients to do this too! Lydia is wanting a Halloween Birthday Party, so I found some sprinkles to go with the theme.
I found the candy coating at Kroger! I recommend theirs because you take the tray and place in the microwave to melt. No dirtying pans and making a huge mess! Simply melt as it says on the package, roll the pretzels and HURRY and sprinkle them and place on a pan with wax paper to dry!
It was SO simple- my (day shy of being 8) year old did it by herself!
It took about 10 minutes for them to get hard. BUT if you want them hard quick- just put them in the freezer!
 She is SO proud!
Don't these look DELICIOUS? The sweet and salty combo is just perfect! This is such an easy thing to do!
This is perfect for any occasion! Just get the sprinkles to match the occasion that you need them for! You can add food coloring in the candy to make it colored too! What do you think? Are you going to give this a try yourself?
