Traveling Soon? Check Out Ripley's Aquarium Of The Smokies!

My husband and I have visited the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg, TN in the past and recently, we were able to take my daughter Lydia with us for the first time! If you get a chance to head to Gatlinburg, you need to check this place out! This is so much fun for the family and it is right in the heart of Gatlinburg! Since 1997 Ripley’s Aquariums have thrilled millions of visitors in North America. Traveling on moving glide paths, visitors enter the ocean realm and come face to face with thousands of fascinating fishes and menacing sea creatures, everything from barracudas, to rays, to jellyfish, octopi, moray eels and giant sharks! There are several levels of the aquarium to go through! My pictures are scattered at random, but bare with me.
The upper levels have the Tropical Rain Forest, Ocean Realm, Shark Lagoon and Touch A Ray Bay.
Lydia loved every bit of it! The lower level has Coral Reef, Discovery Center, Gallery of the Seas, Stingray Bay, Penguin Playhouse and lastly, the NEW SWARM Exhibit.
She was so stoked to see everything and anything!
The SWARM Exhibit is pretty cool because it has some pretty cool things we haven't seen. You’ll come face-to-face with American eels and enjoy the calming view of Blue Blubber Jellyfish. From Flashlight Fish to Mice to Halloween Crabs- there are over 1,000 animals to meet when you explore. You get to get a fish manicure!  These cool fish come up and eat the dead skin off of your fingers. It tickles actually.
As we left, we had to get our souvenir photos!
