Now, let me start off by saying, I am not a professional. I am just an ordinary girl trying new things! I am baring it all and showing you my bare face.. which I have never done.. in the history of forever on here. When I came across the chance to try the Bellapierre Cosmetics All Over Face Contour and Highlighting Kit, I was stoked! I received it in the mail and it sat for a few days. I mean I have never tried something like this.. and tonight.. I gave in and gave it a shot! If you haven't heard of Bellapierre Cosmetics, they have all natural mineral makeup.
The back of the kit has different face shapes and you choose your own so you know what to add where on your face. Bellapierre All Over Face Contour and Highlighting Kit was created to contour cheekbones and jaw line, and to highlight the cheek and brow bones. This kit provides you with all the essentials to enhance and compliment your facial complexion. Made with 100% natural minerals.
I received the fair color kit. It comes with 1 Mineral Foundation in Ivory NT. WT. : 0.14 OZ/4.0g, 1 Mineral Contour Powder NT. WT. : 0.08 OZ/2.35g, 1 Mineral Highlight Powder NT. WT. : 0.08 OZ/2.35g, 1 Concealer Brush,  and lastly 1 Kabuki Brush.
At first I as in the dark on how to use it but I gave it a shot. I couldn't make up my mind on where to add the highlighter because I was still confused on what my face shape is! The instructions are clear but for a first time user it can me intimidating. You apply your base foundation using the brush provided. Refer to the face chart and apply your highlighter with the concealer brush and also refer to the chart to apply your Contour! Use the Kabuki Brush and blend it all in! I applied the remainder of my makeup and the end result is amazing.
I am in love with the end result! It wasn't too hard and although it seems like it would be heavy makeup, it doesn't feel like it at all. I am in love! If you want to purchase the Bellapierre Cosmetics All Over Face Contour and Highlighting Kit, it comes in Fair, Medium, Dark and Deep colors. It is available for the great price of $74.99! Can't afford it? Check out these tips below on how to highlight and contour!

How to Contour:
  1. Apply concealer and foundation as normal.
  2. Take either a powder or liquid foundation in at least 2 shades darker than your natural skin tone and use a flat stippling brush to grab product.
  3. Start at the hallows of your cheek, make a fishy face if it helps you find them. Go in gentle tight circles as you move up towards your hairline.
  4. Extend up to the temples of your face and do a few swipes on your forehead right at the edge of your hairline. (This is where you can make your forehead looks smaller if you feel you need it).
  5. Take the brush and in the same motion graze your jaw line.
  6. Grab a little more product with your brush and run the brush along the sides of your nose. This will give your nose a slender appearance.
How to Highlight:
  1. An easy way to highlight if you do or don’t have a specific highlighting product is to use a light shade of concealer under the eye. Use a small amount and your finger to pat concealer on your under eye area. Gently extend the area to include the top of your cheekbones.
  2. Take a highlighting product and rub a small amount to the top of your cheekbones.
  3. Run that product on the top length of your nose.
  4. Place a small amount above your eyebrows, lengthwise.
  5. Also use highlighter on the brow bone, right underneath your brows.
  6. Use either your finger or a sponge to gently blend the highlighter into your skin.

  2. It looks fun. I can't say I would do as good of a job as you, and I don't wear makeup as much as I did before having a baby, but I think I could have a lot of fun trying to apply it at least semi correctly.

  5. I just recently decided I need a new way to do makeup. The way I do it now is wrong, I'm sure. This would be nice to have so it would hopefully correct my uneven skin color and help get rid of the under eye bags. Thanks.
