This pendant is set in sterling silver with a 5x5mm cushion-cut created opal stone, a 2mm brilliant-cut created sapphire stone, and two diamond accents. Whisper chain length is 18 inches.

And the two diamond accents are on each side of the pendant. The pink one is in the middle of course.
