Tybee Island is a small and cute coastal community located about 18 miles from Savannah, Georgia. When we arrived at this cute and dainty island, I was amazed at how old school it was. I mean that by it wasn't overcrowded by chain restaurants and big box stores. It had it's own unique and cute feel to it. It also had the cutest roads. One thing you will always see on Tybee Island are the dolphins. They are in the water everywhere. It is also known to have it's sea turtles. Take a look at how cute it is for yourself below.
You will see cute little boutiques, the historic lighthouse, beach rentals and more. Most, of all the endless amount of seafood. (Stingrays is the place to go if you want the best seafood on the island, that's for sure. We went to breakfast at The Sugar Shack on the island. It has a very old school feel, and that will make some people assume it is running down, but it isn't.. The place is old school and authentic. I loved the vibe!

If you want to catch your food, you can do on the Tybee Pier & Pavilion!!

The beach is actually gorgeous and there are spots that you can find that are not that congested with people.

 The sand was beautiful.

 The palm trees are beautiful!
One thing I loved about the area was that it is completely family friendly. There were no party type of crowds.

There are many rentals and beachfront places that you can stay at.
And hidden beach spots with NO ONE at them. You just have to ride around to find it!

If you are planning a quiet vacation that you can walk everywhere you need to go, Tybee is the place to be!
