Easy Monkey Bread Recipe!

by Bre, 10:12 PM
My daughter had a Christmas party and one of the kids had monkey bread. My kiddo decided to ask his mom to write the recipe down. I didn't know this until I found it in her book bag =). I was told that I can share it here! I tried it tonight and it is delicious! I couldn't NOT share it! Here is what you need below:
  • 2- 12 OZ Cans Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 2/3 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix the white sugar and cinnamon in a large ziplock bag. Cut Biscuits into small pieces and place into the bag. Shake well until all pieces are coated. Place them in a greased cake pan and set it aside. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar on medium heat. Boil for one minute and pour over biscuits! Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes! Cool for 5-10 minutes and ENJOY!

  1. It seems to be hit or miss, but there are time that I make monket bread or cinnamon rolls and the sugar will carmelize.
