Summer is almost here.. do you know what I love doing? Roasting marshmallows and making s'mores! I was sitting here tonight craving one. Of course it was 12AM and going outside to start a fire was not an option for me. I also wanted something sweet. I decided to go in "blind" and make a Easy S'mores Poke Cake! Check out what you need below!
You need: Cake Mix (Devil's Food), Marshmallow Creme, 1 Pkg Graham Crackers and lastly chocolate frosting.
How To: Make your cake as it says on the back of the box.
Let sit for 3 minutes or so and take a wooden spoon and poke holes all over the cake. I took the marshmallow cream and put it in a bowl and put it in microwave for 30 seconds. I then immediately poured and spread it all over the cake. You will see it sink in the holes, THAT IS OKAY. It is supposed to do that.
Immediately take the foil off of your chocolate icing and place the container in the microwave for 30 seconds. STIR and spread over the marshmallow creme.
It is okay if both get a tad mixed. Smash your graham crackers and spread all over the cake.
You can enjoy hot (which is what I prefer) or cooled. I plan to heat up a tad in the microwave when I want another piece. This is so delicious!
I hope you enjoy like I did! If you like this post, feel free to hover over the image above and Pin to Pinterest or share via one of the buttons below! Thanks for reading!! =)

  3. Whenever we try anything with marshmallows in the oven, they come out rock hard. I bet using marshmallow cream is the key.
