My daughter is 10! I repeat, my daughter is 10. Where has time gone? It doesn't seem like she should be 10. Is this real? In about 6 years she will be driving. I can't believe it!  A month or more ago, we were discussing where we were going to have her party, along with what theme she wanted. She loves emoji things, she has leggings with emojis on them, and her backpack even has emojis! This child has a poop emoji pillow and an emoji piggy bank. Having an emoji birthday party just HAD to happen.
I reached out to my friends at Party City for a collaboration and I am so thrilled they sent us items to make our party complete! They have all of your party needs! There are items that are not from Party City here, however, I want to specifically point out that the emoji items ARE from Party City. I will have a "shop this post" section at the end so that you can click and shop to your liking!
This set up is adorable! I love it! It took several hours because balloons kept falling down due to the tape not wanting to stick, I managed to get it done though and I was so happy with the end result. I didn't have parties like this when I was a kid, and part of that is why I want to go "all out" for her.
This little girl was SO happy! We ended up having about 9 kids and 6 adults in our two bedroom apartment, however, we made it happen and it was fun!
We bought the helium tank and filled balloons the morning of and it was AWESOME not having to go in and out of the house with balloons!
The personalized balloons are such a CUTE touch!
How cute are these emoji products that Party City sent us?! They are SO fitting for the party and I just love it.
I had to get party hats for the kiddos too.
I did cups filled with candy, tattoos and a cute pencil for each kiddo too.
How cute is this cake set up? I made the cupcakes and toppers. The toppers were made with printed card stock and cut out with craft scissors. I taped them on toothpicks. The cake, OY! I had originally planned to make it! The world was against me or something because IT DID NOT turn out at all. I ended up at Kroger at 12AM buying a replacement and this one was fitting! I added our topper and candles. SO CUTE!
I love every detail and I received many compliments too!
Lydia's party was a success, and I am so happy that Party City was a part of it! So grateful for the people that came and allowed their kids to come! She made memories that will last a lifetime!

  4. Well, my niece is turning 13 in a few months, & I had no idea all this emoji stuff was out there. She has told us she wants emoji pillows & rugs & everything, lol, so I'm thinking emoji party stuff would be great. I might try to work in some teal, though, because that's her favorite color.
