CBD- what is it? Why would I use it? Let me start off by saying I am a mom to a 15 year old, 2 year old and 4 month old. It is STRESSFUL. VERY STRESSFUL. I always feel like my house is a literal circus. I decided to venture out and try something new. Now, I do have depression and a few other things. I am not medicated by prescription.  I feel that using prescription pills make me a literal zombie. Make me not be able to physically move at most times. CBD has changed the came for me entirely. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid that can be found naturally in the hemp plant. CBD products can come in a variety of forms, including oil, topicals, capsules, gummies, and plenty more.

You are probably thinking- is it legal? YES YES IT IS!

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid that occurs naturally in the cannabis plant. It's the second most active ingredient present in the hemp plant after its well-known cousin tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). While THC is known to produce psychoactive effects (or make you "high"), CBD oil and other CBD products aren't known to cause such psychoactive effects or intoxication. While it's natural to be concerned with the legality of products derived from hemp, the use of CBD is currently legal at the federal level, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, which updated federal law to legalize industrial hemp products.

I received a few products from NATERNAL and their sister brand Ground Control to feature here on the blog. Naternal offers a variety of products. I was able to receive The Routine bundle.

Now, how does CBD affect me as a mom? Let me tell you, it is amazing. I used to smoke pot as a teenager and CBD doesn't get you that high feeling. It doesn't make me feel air head like. I am able to function just as usual only I am calm. I don't yell, I don't cry as often as I did. I am just- HAPPY.  I recommend you try it. You won't regret it! I know that I don't! Have you tried CBD products? Do you like it?
