 Recently I had the chance to work with a unique and pretty awesome company on a review! This is not your typical book review. You get to personalize your book! You are probably wondering "A Personalized Book? How does that work?"  YourNovel.com puts you in a romance novel, wild or mild, with 40+ titles. You can even add your photo to the cover! You can choose between wild or mild. The "wild" version offers more detailed, steamy romantic scenes, similar to the romance novel genre. "Wild" uses those fun romance novel euphemisms but is never graphic. It is, however, racy in nature. The "mild" version of each book is exactly the same story line, but the romantic scenes have been limited and left more to the imagination. In either case, do consider that the book is about two people in love, so they will make love in the book. You can go browse the books that they have, choose between paper back- or paperback with photo, hardback or hardback with photo and even E- Book. I received a plain paperback book for review. 
I was able to choose what book that I wanted to personalize. When you choose a book on YourNovel.com - Read the descriptions about each of the books, read the excerpts, and pick the one that best suits you or the couple you're buying for. Of course I bought for myself and husband. I am a fan of the paranormal and freaky, so I chose to review Red Moon Waltz.When personalizing your book, you can choose the following:
  • Which book you want.
  • Whether you want the Wild or Mild version.
  • The man and woman’s first names.
  • The man and woman’s first and last names.
  • The town where she lives.
  • Her closest major airport.
  • Her favorite radio station for music. (Call letters or numbers.)
  • Make of car he drives.
  • Her favorite color for clothing. (Think lingerie or evening gown.)
  • The pet names they call each other.
  • Their best friends' names.
  • Her perfume and his cologne/after shave. (If none, please type in: the clean scent of soap or au natural.)
  • Where they work. (The name of the companies; or the word "home" will work fine.)
  • Their eye and hair colors.
  • A favorite musical group/artist or type of music.
  • The total amount of time they've been "a couple".
  • For the dedication page: whom the book is being given to, whom the book is being given from, and for what occasion and the date of the occasion.
    (Ex: Happy Anniversary, December 31, 2012). 
Upon check out, they give you an example of how your book will be as well!

I loved my book! It was so neat being able to personalize it! As soon as it arrived in the mail, I started reading right away!
Seeing our names in the book brought all kinds of excitement! When reading the book, you do not have to wonder what people look like or imagine them in your head. You create YOUR OWN story. The book was great and I can't wait to be able to purchase another! The description of the book was exactly what I wanted it to be. I plan to read it again in the near future because I loved it so much! I honestly do not want to give up too much more about it because I want you to create your own story and be surprised! Go Holiday Shopping with ISIS Mobile Wallet- Convenient and Easy! #VZWLife

If you have been following my social media streams, you know that I have been participating in the awesome #VZWLife! I wanted to share with you all an awesome NEW and FREE APP that I have been recently learning about and using! Those moments of locking your wallet in your car or being in line at the grocery store with a buggy full of groceries, only to realize you left your credit card at home are all over. ISIS Mobile Wallet holds virtual versions of many things your existing wallet does, including your credit cards from participating providers. Another great thing about it is that offers and loyalty cards are held in it too. You are probably wondering- how do I get it? How does it work and how do I use it? 
Make sure your phone is in the Verizon Wireless coverage area and can make calls and access data. Go to your phones settings and Turn on your phone’s NFC. Download and install the Isis Mobile Wallet app for your Android device from the Google Play Store app. 
Launch the Isis Mobile Wallet app and Tap the Get Started link at the bottom of the Welcome screen. You then View and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  You can then enter an email and password you’d like to associate with your Isis account. It will then ask you to create and confirm a 4-digit PIN for your Mobile Wallet.
 
Adding a card is simple! You just Log in to the Isis Mobile Wallet and tap Add a Card or the plus (+) button.  You can select a bank or card issuer website to complete the process. Visit the bank or card issuer website to complete the process, and when the card appears in the Isis Mobile Wallet, it is ready to use.  Please remember that this process can take up to 24 hours to complete. You can also view the closest retailer near you that allows you to use ISIS Mobile Wallet, most touch to pay will allow you, but it is always great to see this feature too! 
Tap to pay with Isis anywhere you see the symbol above- that's over 20,000 locations nationwide.
 You can also save with offers using ISIS Mobile Wallet! 

You can "Like" a retailer by "hearting it" to get offers! For example, my Coke Loyalty card gives you an offer to get the first three free! 
 If you are wondering what happens if you lose your phone? Well, only you know your PIN,  don't give it out to anyone because this protects you! If you happen to lose your phone, you can call or click to freeze ISIS Mobile Wallet. Just go here and freeze it were to happen! Another feature that I love is the little number (cvv) on the back of a credit card that you have to use when you make purchases online is not on here! Why? To make it easier to protect against credit card fraud and changes every time you use it!

ICE! Frosty the Snowman at Gaylord Opryland

If you are in the Nashville greater area. and are looking for some cool, family fun- look no further! Gaylord Opryland Events Center has an event for you!! ICE!, which anchors the holiday festivities at Gaylord Hotels’ four massive resorts, is back and bigger than ever in 2013 with more than 2 million pounds of ice carvings at each location and new themes depicting scenes straight out of classic holiday tales. Here in Nashville, Tennesse- Join Frosty, everyone’s favorite snowman, and his friends on their quest to the North Pole in a colorfully frozen retelling of this original Christmas classic! Favorite scenes come to life in more than two million pounds of hand-carved ice sculptures and slides. This all NEW attraction is an interactive bonus ice area that transports families to the iconic holiday sights and sounds of New York City. Your awe-inspiring adventure concludes with the wonder and majesty of a full Nativity of stunning crystal clear ice. ICE! presented by Pepsi is hand carved by 40 artisans from Harbin, China. Forty Chinese artisans arrive at each location in mid-October and will spend approximately 40 days creating extraordinary works of ice, enhanced with lights and natural dyes to create a series of brilliantly colored panoramas. Many of the artisans also work to build displays at the world-famous Harbin Ice and Snow Festival.  
Upon entering, my husband and I were greeted by employees with smiles on their faces! Immediately to our left, we noticed the entrance for ICE! 
They take you in a big room to watch a small video to learn about this years theme and how ICE! is created! It was neat to learn about the process and hard work these people were able to do! So talented!
 We were then directed to a room where we were able to take a picture and get parkas to wear. ICE! is kept at 8 degrees with 10-inch-thick walls! These parkas are a lifesaver if you ask me! All Guests are provided calf-length, hooded parkas to keep them warm. Parkas are available in all sizes, including children and infants.
 What I found the cutest was that the displays of ice tell the entire story of Frosty The Snowman!
 I loved walking through this beautiful tunnel of ice too!

 My husband loves watching the classic movie during the holidays, as you can see by the dimples on his face, he loved it!

 The slides at the event. I was disappointed they were closed. I was looking forward to this! What can ya say though? They are beautiful as well.

 Karen is freezing and Hocus sees! He gathers with a group of woodland creatures to build a fire for her.
Frosty sees that Karen was freezing and knew she needed to go home. Hocus decided to enlist the help of Santa Claus to transport her there.
If you remember in the movie, Professor Hinkle blew our Frostys fire when he wanted his hat back. Frosty took Karen down the hill to the green house to get warm.
 Hinkle locked frosty inside with Karen, when Hocus came back with santa, it was too late! =(
 Santa Revives frosty with the gust of wind!
 As we all know in the end, Santa stood up to Hinkle and threatens to never deliver another present to Hinkle in all his life if the magician dares to harm Frosty in any way. He also tells him that he'll find a new hat in his stocking  if he writes a letter. Frosty and Karen tell each other goodbye and Santa brings Frosty back to the North Pole. He kepts a promise that he would be back someday. If we all remember,  Hinkle is seen with a new top hat and Frosty is singing "I'll be back on Christmas Day!"
 Another feature this year was the NEW  interactive bonus ice area that transports families to the iconic holiday sights and sounds of New York City!
One of the first things we noticed was this taxi cab! so cute!

 After the event is done, you walk to a room with this GORGEOUS Nativity Scene! This is an amazing way to end things!

 When you are finished, you give back your Parkas and run into this amazing gift shop!
 We also bought our pictures!

Overall, my husband and I had an experience that we will remember for a lifetime! This is an amazing event to do with the entire family! Prices for ICE! Vary! You can see them below!
